Apply after cleansing on dry skin. Use between one and three times weekly at night, followed by Good Night Face Cream.

Use 1–3 times per week at night—on clean, dry skin—followed by Good Night Face Cream. Start slow and increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance. We recommend using it 2 times a week during your 20s, 3 times a week during your 30's, and so on...
